1. Order & Booking Process

Order flow follows these steps:

  • Client inquiry & specification discussion
  • Quote provided with detailed timeline
  • Booking confirmation with 50% deposit
  • Project begins; progress updates every milestone
  • Final delivery upon 100% payment

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to confirm order
  • Remaining 50% due upon final delivery
  • Payment methods: Bank Transfer / PayPal / Crypto
  • Invoices provided for all transactions
  • Late payment may delay delivery

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard Track:

  • Turnaround: 3–4 weeks
  • 1-2 progress updates
  • Standard revision allowance

VIP Track:

  • Turnaround: 2–3 weeks
  • Weekly progress updates
  • Priority queue placement

VVIP Track:

  • Turnaround: 1–2 weeks
  • Daily updates available
  • Highest priority scheduling

BAB XII

Cancellation & Refund

1. Cancellation Policy

Within 48 hours of booking:

  • Full refund of deposit
  • No questions asked

After 48 hours, before work starts:

  • 50% deposit retained
  • 50% refunded to client

After work has begun (design sketches, concept, etc.):

  • Deposit fully retained (work completed to date)
  • Client may receive work-in-progress files

2. Revision & Unsatisfaction Policy

If dissatisfied with work:

  • Standard revisions included per service
  • If revisions don't resolve, discuss further options
  • Full refund only if major scope mismatch (≤50% refund possible)

Note: Refund only granted for significant quality or scope issues, not for subjective preference changes.

Protection & Legal Terms

1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Upon full payment, client owns final artwork
  • Artist retains right to use work in portfolio
  • Client may not redistribute artwork without credit
  • Resale of artwork requires new licensing agreement

2. Client Responsibility

  • Provide clear specifications and reference materials
  • Communicate preferences in timely manner
  • Ensure provided reference materials are non-infringing

3. Studio Responsibility & Protection

  • Deliver quality work matching service description
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Deliver files in agreed format and timeline
  • Provide support for technical issues post-delivery

4. Dispute Resolution

  • For disputes, client and studio attempt negotiation
  • Mediation available if direct negotiation fails
  • Final decision made through fair assessment
